Cancellation If you cancel your hire order within 24 hours of the start hire date of your contract we reserve the right to make a charge for cancellation.  Refer to our terms and conditions for full details.

Refunds If you pay by PayPal and have a problem you should contact us immediately but no later than 14 days following your hire.  See Contact Us below for details of how to reach us.  We will endeavour to resolve your query within 14 days.
